Fed up with seeing projects on other knitting communities featuring lovely yarn that we just can’t get over here? Confused by American needle sizes and terminology? Want to find out where you can buy yarn and needles in the UK? Well join already why don’t you….

Share favourite patterns, online stores or shops to buy your yarn at. Bitch about projects that are going wrong. Discuss knitting in the pub and on the bus. Arrange knitting meet ups and other such japes.

Your friendly moderators are safetobreathe & atommickbrane

Generic rules
Be nice please – no racism, homophobia, or any other nastiness (although I would hope being as this is a KNITTING community it wouldn’t be an issue). Use an lj cut if posting HUGE images. No stealing of other work and passing it off as your own – this goes for completed projects as well as patterns. Don't distribute or request copyrighted materials unless you are buying/looking to buy them.

...that’s about it.
